SUZIE Q ONE-ZIES - ONLINE SHOPPING POLICIES

ORDER EXCHANGES / RETURNS:

  • All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Sales at regular price are EXCHANGE only.
  • All sales on custom and discounted items are FINAL– no exchanges or returns.
  • We want you to be happy with your order, so if you’re not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange your item(s) within 10 days of the delivery date, with authorization. Please use our Contact Form to let us know the reason for your exchange and remember to relay your Order# and Product Stock ID# of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  • In order to receive an exchange authorization, all items must be unworn, unused and in new, original condition, with all tags attached. Suzie Q Studio/Suzie Q Beads Ltd. reserves the right to refuse return of items that do not meet our return policy requirements.
  • With all returns for exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • Suzie Q Studio/Suzie Q Beads Ltd. reserves the right to refuse the return of any items that don’t meet our return policy requirements.


CUSTOMIZATIONS / ORDER CHANGES:

  • SOME “Suzie Q ONE-zies” bracelets can be customized to your wrist size, which is notated in the descriptor of each piece. To ensure that we can make an adjustment to your specifications, please use our Contact Form to make your request BEFORE you make your purchase to ensure that we can make the requested adjustments to the piece. Please be sure to include your Order# and Product Stock ID#, wrist size, as well as whether you need the bracelet made smaller or larger and by how much. Some adjustments will be free of charge and some may have a nominal charge, depending on the individual circumstances.
  • Changes to your order can be made to your order ONLY if your request and answer occurs BEFORE your order is shipped. To request a change, please use our Contact Form and be sure to include your order # and what you want to change with your order. If your order has already shipped, sorry, no changes can be made.
  • All other “Suzie Q ONE-zies”, such as earrings and necklaces, are available “as is” and no adjustments/customizations can be made.


REPAIRS:

  • All “Suzie Q ONE-zies” are hand-crafted in Canada. Each piece is inspected before being shipped; however, reasonable repairs that are necessary, and at no fault of the purchaser, will be undertaken free of charge, within 30 days of your purchase, provided that you’ve taken proper care of your jewelry piece.
  • Fees will apply for all other repairs, such as accidental damage, etc.
  • For all repair inquiries, please use our Contact Form to request repairs BEFORE returning the item, and be sure to include your Order# and Product Stock ID# and the particulars regarding the repair.
  • Suzie Q Studio/Suzie Q Beads Ltd. reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges


SOLD OUT ITEMS:

  • All “Suzie Q ONE-zies” jewelry pieces are “one-of-a-kind”, so when a piece is sold, there are no more available. Items are only held for you once you place the order, along with your payment. Adding an item to your shopping cart doesn’t guarantee that you’ll be able to purchase it at a later date.
  • If the item in your cart, is in another person’s cart at the same time, it might have sold by the time you begin the check-out process. If this happens and you’re sad that the piece is sold, please get in touch with us, using our Contact Form with, if possible, the Product Stock # and/or a description of the piece, plus when you last saw it in our shop, because we might be able to accommodate a request to create something very similar. Sorry, an identical piece won’t be available because most of the components used in our “Suzie Q ONE-zies” pieces are no longer available, but we’ll do our best to make you happy!


METHOD OF PAYMENT:

  • All transactions while shopping online at Suzie Q Studio are handled through the “SHOPIFY” payment system. Suzie Q Studio/Suzie Q Beads Ltd. does not have direct access to or able to store your credit card information at any time.
  • Orders that are shipped to a Canadian address will be charged the applicable taxes pertaining to the province where the order is shipped to, including GST (Goods & Service Tax) and provincial sales tax, where applicable.
  • Orders that are shipped to the U.S. will not be taxed in Canada; however, upon entry to the U.S., import duties and other charges may apply that Suzie Q Studio/Suzie Q Beads Ltd. is not responsible for.
  • For shipments to other countries, Canadian taxes will not apply; however, all import duties and other charges pertaining to the particular country are the responsibility of the purchaser and won’t be paid by Suzie Q Studio/Suzie Q Beads Ltd.


SHIPPING POLICIES:

  • All orders are shipped via Canada Post and can be traced with a tracking number. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (MST), excluding holidays.
  • Orders that are placed on weekend days, holidays and outside of regular business hours will be processed the next business day. Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak times such as special sales and holidays.
  • As mentioned above, under “Method of Payment”, Suzie Q Studio can’t estimate or pay for any duties or taxes related to international shipping for any order.
  • Suzie Q Studio/Suzie Q Beads Ltd. is not responsible for any carrier delays such as bad weather, holiday back-log, etc.
