Canada Post Strike Update

Unfortunately, the country-wide Canada Post strike, which started on November 15, is ongoing, but here at Suzie Q Studio, the shipping continues with some alternative options.

Hi everyone!

We're still dealing with the Canada Post strike. It's been a bit of a rollercoaster, but here's the latest:

Good News:
  • Local Pick-Up: If you're in Calgary, you can now pick up your order for free in Inglewood!
  • US Shipping: We've switched to DYK Post for faster US deliveries.
Not-So-Good News:
  • Unfortunately, due to the strike and increased shipping costs, we've had to pause shipping within Canada for now.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will resume Canadian shipping as soon as the strike is over.

Thanks for your understanding!

Suzie Q Studio shipping during the Canada Post Strike

CALGARY & SURROUNDING AREAS:

•  FREE Local Pick-Up is available in the central Calgary location of Inglewood. Choose “Free Local Pick-Up” at checkout and you’ll be contacted to arrange a mutually convenient date/time and be given the details of where to pick-up your order.

• OR Choose “Canada Post” at checkout and your order will be held and shipped ASAP after the Canada Post strike ends.

CANADA DOMESTIC:

• Choose “Canada Post” at checkout and your order will be held and shipped ASAP after the Canada Post strike ends.

US DESTINATIONS:

•  Choose “Canada Post” at checkout. Your order will ship via USPS EXPEDITED, tracked shipping, from Sweetgrass, Montana at the SAME COST as with Canada Post.

EUROPE/AUSTRALIA DESTINATIONS:

•  Please choose “FREE Local Shipping” at checkout and the cost (TBD) of shipping via DHL will be invoiced to you separately. Your order will then ship ASAP and the tracking # will be provided for your package. FYI… Shipping by DHL is more expensive than using Canada Post.

• OR, if you don’t mind waiting for the end of the Canada Post strike to receive your order, PLEASE CHOOSE “Canada Post” at checkout. Your order will be held and ship it ASAP when the strike is over, which hopefully won’t be for much longer.

Thank you very much for your patience during this very frustrating Canada Post strike… It’s greatly appreciated!
